Iris Guo is a rising senior studying Finance & CS at the University of Waterloo and she is passionate about EdTech, Healthcare, FinTech and Non-profit. She joined Help Your Peers as the Chapter Head in Canada because she resonated with the mission of helping mentees to achieve the next employment.
In fact, she secured her Product Manager internship working on SaaS security products in fall at BlackBerry during the time she’s working at Help Your Peers while being mentored by Nupur. She helped to start a non-profit openmeal.org during COVID-19 to bring food to the table for people in need by supporting struggling restaurants. She has worked at 2 start-ups as a product manager at KuzoClass (EdTech) and Foundersbeta (start-up community).

Sanjai K has been with SAP for more than 20 years, in a variety of roles spanning Consulting, Delivery Management, Solution Management and Product Management. Sanjai K is a member of the S/4HANA Cloud Product Management team and drives Co-Innovation with Customers and Partners for SAP S/4HANA across APJ + GCR region. In his role, Sanjai works closely with customers and partners in APJ+ GCR region to strengthen the product and ensure that the voice of customers and partners influences the product roadmap. Sanjai also leads the team that is responsible for the adoption of S/4HANA in this region.
Prior to his current role he was the Regional Head for APJ Region with SAP Solution Delivery Centre (SDC) responsible for Offshore service delivery. Sanjai is a frequent speaker at SAP TechEd, ASUG, Sapphire and other events.

Sonal has 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. She is leading the mid-market and mobile divisions of the product. She has experience in conceptualizing, building and successfully launching Freshchat and is currently heading its Enterprise and Mobile verticals.
She started her career as an Engineer and then took a break to pursue her MBA at Indian School of Business and then break into a Product Management role.

With proven success in Human Centered Design & Holistic User Experience and in applying it to product strategy and functionality, he focuses on bridging the domains of technology and customer needs to drive organization goals and ROI.

Amit has over 20+ years of industry experience across Technology, Product Management and UX. He is the Business Head offering PM and UX services for Startups to F100 companies through Agile delivery. He has defined UX process and built a team of 15+ people of UX Researchers and Designers offering effective Product Experience with PM and UX blending. He has hands-on product management experience for B2B and B2C; success stories include Quck Office (exit with Google @$150M), CloudOn (exit with Dropbox @$30M), Prezi (securing $70M funding). Most recent active role is shaping the startup BloqCube from scratch offering block chain powered pharma-solution.
Amit has co-authored 2 books on Apache Tomcat for John Wiley, U.S. (2004) and Wrox Press, U.K. (2002).
